The Contractors Association of Will and Grundy Counties is an organization whose membership is comprised of businesses in or associated with the construction industry. The thriving CAWGC is almost 200 members strong and is proud to be the voice of the commercial, industrial, and institutional construction industry for over seven decades. The association acts as liaison with administration of labor contracts, promotes the construction industry, maintains relations with allied industry groups, provides representation on employee benefit plans and apprentice programs, supplies bid assistance to members, and hosts business and social meeting schedule.

(Web) The Fox Valley General Contractors Association was organized
in 1952 and became affiliated with the Associated General Contractors
of America in 1957. The organization has membership categories
for general contractors, specialty contractors and subcontractors,
suppliers and professional businesses. Membership is currently
275 member firms. The association provides guidance and assistance
to member firms in the area of labor relations, legislation
and government affairs, educational programs on a wide range
of subjects, and training programs for the construction industry.
Additionally, the association provides networking opportunities
and social activities throughout the year for its members. Firms belonging to the Fox Valley General Contractors Association

The Illinois Valley Contractors Association, a non-profit
service organization, was founded December 8, 1948, by and
for area contractors. The basic purposes of the Association
are to negotiate and administer local construction labor
union contracts and to assist its members however possible.
The Association's office also administers the Illinois Valley
Construction Industry Advancement Program, which was created
and established for the purposes of promoting, improving
and advancing the construction contracting industry in the
Illinois Valley.

The Mason Contractors Association of Greater Chicago is the
only local association created of, by and for the mason contractors
in our area. The association works for the contractors to further
not just the use of masonry but the goals of mason contractors
in all realms of the business. Through educational seminars
and contractor networking and cooperation with key associations
like ICIC, MARBA, CISCO and the Construction Safety Council
members further the masonry industry. Members contribute to
local promotion and help promote masonry - Brick, Block and
